At Borgin & Burkes, we deliver more than furniture — we deliver legacy. Whether you're ordering a single handcrafted teak chair or an entire patio ensemble, we aim to make the delivery process as seamless and premium as the products themselves.
Nationwide Flat-Rate Delivery
We offer flat-rate delivery based on location:
$349 — For qualified ZIP codes within our primary Local White Glove service area
$389 — Flat-rate curbside delivery available nationwide
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
Available for in-network ZIP codes and most major metropolitan areas across the country.
White Glove service includes:
Unpacking and assembly of your furniture
Placement in your home or outdoor space
Removal of all packaging materials
Due to our specialized service model, this premium option is currently limited to select zones. We are expanding our fleet — check back soon or contact us for availability in your area.
CURBSIDE DELIVERY
Curbside delivery is available throughout the continental U.S.
Products are delivered to your driveway, curb, or front entry. Someone must be present at delivery. Assembly is not included — customers often hire local handymen or use services like Lugg, Handy, or MovingHelp to complete placement and setup.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Items must be in like-new condition
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or damage
Special order items are non-returnable or subject to a 50% restocking fee
Cantilever umbrellas are not returnable once assembled
Self-assembled curbside products cannot be returned after assembly
In-Network Returns: If your delivery was within our in-network area, we’ll schedule a pick-up. Please contact us for a return authorization.
Out-of-Network Returns
For deliveries outside our in-network zone, customers are responsible for any repacking or return shipping fees. Contact us to discuss return arrangements.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly replace it. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately.
Back Orders
If an item is on backorder, all items in your order will be held until the full shipment is ready. Contact us if you have a deadline or require partial fulfillment.
Special Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the continental U.S. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international deliveries, please contact us directly.
P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size and nature of our products.
